Using persuasive language - 02.10.24

Today we had a go at trying to use persuasive language and techniques as part of a talking and listening exercise. We worked together in small groups in our outdoor classroom to try and convince our classmates to agree with a statement which we were provided. After we presented our arguments, our classmates got to vote on how convincing we were. If we persuaded them, they displayed a green card, if they weren’t yet convinced, they displayed a red card.
